Quality – Precision Certified

At Tech-Project, quality is the foundation of every stage of production. Based on many years of experience working with industries with the highest quality requirements, we have developed our own effective quality assurance system, which meets strict international standards.

 

Our processes are certified in accordance with:

• AS/EN 9100:2018 D – for the aerospace and space industry,
• ISO 9001:2015 – quality management system,
• AD 2000 – standard for the marine industry.

 

All certificates are supervised by LRQA, ensuring maximum reliability and full compliance with international requirements.

The system was implemented and certified in 2018 and has been continuously improved ever since to fully meet the expectations of our clients in Poland and abroad.

Advanced Measuring Equipment

 

Our quality control center is equipped with:

• Two coordinate measuring machines (CMM),
• A conturograph for profile and edge measurements,
• A complete set of high-precision measuring instruments.

 

Thanks to this, we are able to measure any part – from prototypes to large-scale serial production – with the highest precision and repeatability.

• Every employee is responsible for the quality of products and processes.
• We thoroughly analyze customer requirements already at the quotation stage.
• We carefully select optimal production methods and measuring instruments.
• We develop detailed production process plans.
• We follow a clearly defined documentation flow.
• We perform incoming, in-process and final inspections.
• We use 7D reports to analyze errors and implement corrective actions.

Measuring Capabilities and Tolerances

 

With advanced equipment and experienced staff, we ensure exceptional precision and repeatability in serial production:

• Turning of shafts and diameters: accuracy of 6th grade – approx. ±0.003 mm
• Drilling and contour milling: accuracy up to ±0.005 mm
• Reaming: accuracy of 6th grade – approx. ±0.003 mm
• Surface roughness: up to Ra 0.4, Rz 2, Rmax 1
• Flawless surface quality: parts without scratches, dents or defects
• Protective packaging ensuring damage-free delivery
